[Windows][Installer] Agreeing to licence and then coming back to it unchecks agreement box
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Unity installer
2. Check license agreement checkbox
3. Click 'Next'
4. Click 'Back'
Expected behaviour: Users choice (agreement to license) saved
Actual behaviour: Checkbox gets reset
