[Windows] [DA] DA does not remember 32/64 bit selection
To repro:
1. Run http://artifact.hq.unity3d.com/artifacts/proj0-Build_WindowsBootstrapper_3502463_20_01_2016_16_46_50_+0000/build/UnityDownloadAssistant.exe with -INI="http://artifact.hq.unity3d.com/artifacts/proj0-Build_WindowsEditorInstallerSet_3528256_25_01_2016_01_30_28_+0000/build/WindowsEditorInstallerSet/unity-5.4.0b3-win.ini"
2. In DA proceed to selection of 32/64 bit.
3. Select 32 bit and navigate to Next step.
4. Press Back.
Actual result: 64bit is selected (by default).
Expected result: 32bit is selected (as was chosen).
