Windows crash when loading into the project with HDRP and DX12
How to reproduce:
1. Open User's attached project
-Observe the crash
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0b10
Not reproducible with: 2019.3.0a10
Could not test: 2019.1.x or lower (RenderDoc errors/ no DX12 support)
Notes:
- Looks to be only reproducible with Nvidia's cards
- Altho User reported regular crash my machine always crashed with blue screen (windows fatal error)
