Windows Build becomes unresponsive in Texture Streaming
Reproduction steps:
1. Download attached project
2. In "MakeBuild.bat", adjust the directory for Unity Editor
3. Run "MakeBuild.bat"
4. Run the built .exe in project's "Build" folder
Expected result: The game does not hang / become unresponsive
Actual result: After about 20 seconds, the game window becomes unresponsive and cannot be closedlyndon
Reproducible with: 2020.3.0f1, 2021.1.0b10, 2021.2.0a8
Could not test with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.22f1 (custom package compilation errors)
