[Windows][ARM64] Crash when creating a High Definition 3D Sample project
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a High Definition 3D Sample project
2. Observe the Editor
Actual results: Editor crashes
Expected results: Editor doesn’t crash
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.42f1
Tested on (OS): Windows 11 ARM64

Resolution Note:
Could not reproduce it on Windows Dev Kit 2023 running Windows 11 Pro 24H2. The project creates find and the Editor did not crash for me.
If it still reproduces for you, could you include the full callstack of the crash? The Editor log you shared does not contain it and having that would help us assign it to the right team to resolve (it looks like either a DirectX12 issue, or an Editor Platform issue).
