[Windows 7] Unity player crashes on GfxDeviceD3D11Base::DrawQuad
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's provided project
2. Build and run
- observe the crash
Reproducible with: 2019.1.7f1, 2019.2.0b6, 2019.3.0a4
Could not test with: 2017.4.x (prefab issues), 2018.4.x(dependencies issues, after resolving them library issues),
2019.3.0a5 and 2019.3.0a6 (issues with standalone support)
