[Windows 7] Red exclamation mark (!) is missing from the logo in Crash Handler window
In Windows 7, the red exclamation mark is missing from the logo in Crash Handler window.
It happens to both Editor and Player, and usually on the first crash. But after that, the occurrence seems to be random.
Repro:
1. Download attached CrashTest project
2. Run it in Editor or build the project in Windows 7
3. Follow the instruction to generate crash
4. Observe the Crash Handler window
