[WINDOWS 7] Imported Video File cannot be played in 2019.1
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open original project "VideoProject.zip"
2. Observe "Video" mp4 file in Project window
Expected result: "Video" file is playable and does not throw errors.
Actual result: "Video: file is not playable and when Reimporting throws an error: WindowsVideoMedia error 0xc00d36b2
Reproduced in: 2019.1.0a10, 2019.1.0b6, 2019.2.0a6
Not reproduced in: 2017.4.22f1, 2018.3.7f1, 2019.1.0a9
