[Windows 7] Getting "IsDenoiserLibraryAvailable()" error when building with Auto Graphics API and Gamma color space for the first time
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Make sure that in Player Settings Color Space is set to Gamma
3. Make sure that in Player Settings Graphics API is set to Auto
4. Build the project
5. Observe the Console
Expected result: no errors in the Console after build
Actual results: getting "Assertion failed on expression: 'IsDenoiserLibraryAvailable()'" errors in the Console but the build was successful

Not reproduced on:
2020.3.38f1 2021.3.7f1 2022.1.11f1 2022.2.0a15
Notes:
- To reproduce the issue again after the first build, you need to delete the library folder from the Project folder
- Only reproduces on Win7
