[Window Management] Project settings window gets undocked after enabling virtual reality
Project settings window gets undocked after enabling virtual reality. Refer to the attached video.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) Edit > Project settings
3) Dock the project settings window
4) Player > XR settings > Enable virtual reality
Actual result: Project settings window gets undocked.
Expected result: Project settings window remains docked.
Occurring in: 2019.3.0a10, 2019.3.0a8
Not reproducible on: 2019.3.0a7, 2019.2.0b10
Environment: Both Windows and Mac.
