[Linux] Window drag indicator has incorrect size
-e: when dragging an editor window to another group of windows the indicator on where the dragged window will end up in the to be dragged stack/new stack is not shown as well as on Windows/OSX
-repro:
--create new project
--open the Rendering > Lighting settings window
--click the window name and start dragging it around
--try adding it to a stack
--NOTICE that the window name tab isn't shown where it will end in but the whole window title bar covers the stack
---compare to windows: the window tab will slot in the exact position while being dragged
