An "InvalidOperationException" error is thrown when TryRemoveItem is used with rebuildTree set to false
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “IN-137833”
2. In the menu bar, select “Reproduce → Minimal Example”
3. In the opened “MinimalExample” window, press the “Test Remove” button
4. Observe the Console and the “MinimalExample” window
Actual result: “InvalidOperationException: HierarchyNode(3:1) not found” error is thrown in the Console and the “Data” element is not removed
Expected result: The “Data” element is removed successfully
Reproducible with: 6000.0.71f1, 6000.3.0a4, 6000.3.12f1, 6000.4.1f1, 6000.5.0b1, 6000.6.0a1
Not reproducible with: 6000.3.0a3
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
