[Win7] Built HD-RP player leaks memory
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project using HD-RP template
2. Build and run the game
3. Observe memory used by the built application in Task Manager
Expected result: memory usage does not increase over time
Actual result: memory usage increases over time
Reproducible with: 2018.4.11f1 (4.10.0), 2019.2.8f1 (6.9.0, 6.9.1), 2019.3.0b6, 2020.1.0a6 (7.0.1, 7.1.1, 7.1.2)
Could not test with: 2017.4.33f1 (HDRP not available), 2020.1.0a7, 2020.1.0a8 (player crashed due to an existing bug)
