Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ASDQWE” project
2. Observe the Editor

Expected result: No errors are thrown
Actual result: “Win32Exception: ApplicationName='D:\User\Project\Temp\PlayServicesResolverGradle\gradlew.bat'“ error is thrown in the Console Window when Android dependencies are resolving

Reproducible with: 1.0.0, 8.0.0 (2021.3.38f1, 2022.3.28f1, 6000.0.1f1)

Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: MacOS Sonoma 14.4.1 (Intel)

Notes:
- Native error message: “The system cannot find the file specified.”
- The issue is also reproducible on a blank project when the “Ads mediation” package is installed
- The same issue can be observed when updating the “Ads mediation” package from the Package Manager. However, this also results in three “error CS0433” compilation errors
