[Win10] Removing prefab instance's component throws exception in console and Inspector window is broken
Steps:
1. Add Cube GameObject to the Hierarchy
2. Drag it to the Project Browser to make a prefab out of it
3. Select Cube prefab instance in Hierarchy
4. Remove any component (e.g. BoxCollider)
==>
"ArgumentException: You can only call GUI functions from inside OnGUI." error appears in console
Inspector window is broken (no Add Component button)

Note: Windows related, cannot repro on Mac
Not repro on Version 2019.1.0a9 (0acd256790e8)
