[WIN] System.TimeZoneInfo does not return any Time Zones
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene Main.unity
3. Play the scene
- Note that the number printed in the log is 0

hi. it's a known bug since august last year. any idea, when it will be fixed? i have some code which works fine in the editor but throws an error when compiled. any suggestions for a workaround?
