[Win Store Apps] issue with two audio output channels on PC
Switching between two audio output sources (speakers plugged in back panel and headphones plugged in front panel) causes a problem, that sound is still being played on speaker even if you have plugged in headphones. This specific issue occurs mostly on PC with two audio output jacks in front panel and back panel.
Repro steps:
1. make sure you have plugged in speakers in back audio output panel;
2. plug in your headphones in front audio output panel;
3. launch any Win Store Apps application with audio. Sound should play through headphones;
4. plug out headphones and plug them in again. Sound persists playing through speakers.
If we plug out both, speakers and headphones, and plug in back, sound will never return to neither.
Reproduced on Win8.1.
Also, this might be related to audio drivers, which recognizes and separates speakers from headphones, so Win Store App looses audio output source while changing audio channels.

We're seeing this in 4.5.4p1 as well. Specifically, we
1. Enable sound from the device speakers.
2. Launch the app.
4. Connect headphones to the device.
5. Observe sound.
Result:
Sound continues to play from the device and not from the user's headphones. Sound is heard from the headphones when navigating the OS.
Expected Result:
Sound switches to the device headphones after headphones are connected.
Note:
The issue did not occur on MS Surface with Windows RT
