[Win Store Apps] GUI sliders and scrollbars don't slide smoothly on WSA
Reproduced on Win8 and Win8.1 with 4.3.0 b6. This is regression from 4.3.0 b5;
GUI sliders and scrollbars don't slide smoothly on WSA x86. Works fine on ARM.
1. Open project "GUI sliders";
2. Build Win Store App;
3. Launch project and try to click and drag slider without releasing the mouse button (sliders should not slide);
