When using Tilemap.SetTiles to place an array of RuleTiles, the sprites do not render when entering play mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user-submitted project
2. Go to the Scenes folder and open "SampleScene" Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
Expected result: Sand tiles are rendered on the screen
Actual result: No tiles are rendered on the screen
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a19, 2021.2.5f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.6f1, 2021.2.8f1, 2022.1.0b4, 2022.2.0a2
Could not test with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.26f1, 2021.2.0a18 (Could not load the Tile asset)
