When using multiple ToggleLeft controls in a custom property drawer, only the first one can be toggled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "TogglePropertyDrawer.zip" project
2. Open "testScene"
3. In the Hierarchy, select "DamageDrawer"
4. In the Inspector, try to click "Hit Points", "Damage Type" and "Flinch Duration" toggles
Expected results: All three toggles can be turned on or off
Actual results: Only the first toggle can be turned on or off
Reproducible with: 2017.4.31f1, 2018.4.5f1, 2019.1.13f1, 2019.2.0f1, 2019.3.0a11
Note: After the Editor UI change in 2019.3.0a3 the toggles are also offset from their intended position
