When Texture2D has TextureFormat.RGBAHalf, the mesh moving is not smooth
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "case_914339-smaller.zip";
2. Open the scene "test";
3. Enter Play mode and observe the game view;
4. Turn off Play mode;
5. Comment 48 line and uncomment 49 line in "testroll.cs", save it;
6. Enter Play mode and observe the game view;
Actual result: When Texture2D has TextureFormat.RGBAHalf, the mesh moving is not smooth.
Expected result: When Texture2D has TextureFormat.RGBAHalf, the mesh moving should be smooth like when it has TextureFormat.RGBAFloat.
Note: this behavior happens in Editor, in standalone, in Android platforms. Other platforms were not tested.
Reproduced with: 5.5.0b1, 5.5.4f1, 5.6.1p2, 2017.1.0b7, 2017.2.0a1
Cannot be tested with 5.4 versions because of the errors.
