Still no progress with this talkback issue!? We have been waiting for a fix to be able to release a game for visually impaired players, but can not release due to this bug. When is it going to be fixed?
Waiting for your reply. thanks in advance.

I am experiencing the same problem. We are trying to make an accessible game that recognizes gestures. When Android Talkback is on, the touch input doesn't properly arrive in Unity. Single touches and taps are ignored completely, and two finger touches are sometimes recognizes as single finger touches (i.e. Input.touchCount == 1). Maybe the Unity player would need to register a service to be able to receive input/accessibility events in these cases?
Is there hope that any kind of fix for this will get added to the roadmap? The interest in this probably isn't huge, but it'd be so sad if we could only develop accessible apps for iOS with Unity.

Hey, this is a major issue when we're working on a game with accessibility needed!
I already make a forum post on this, but without answers :(

Hello,
Is it possible to have a schedule on this issue to be fixed?
We're currently making a proper game using Unity which is supposed to be fully accessible...
Thanks in advance.
