When importing same asset the second time, button "All" does not select all files
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a new project
2. Download and import either LeanTween, Skybox or SteamVR asset package
3. Import the same package again
4. Press "All" and notice that not all items are selected
Expected result: Selecting "All" when importing packages the second time selects all items in the package
Actual result: Selecting "All" when importing packages the second time does not select all items
Reproduced with: 5.5.5p1, 5.6.4p2, 2017.1.2p3, 2017.2.0p2, 2017.3.0b9, 2018.1.0a4
Note: Package Skybox is made by Clod. This is not happening with assets made by Unity like Standard Assets or Particle Pack, as the infobox informing that the packages are already imported is displayed

I believe it has to do with a win10 update.
My whole is is f..............................d with every application I try to run.
I guess I am out of business.
Oh and leantween wont fix?
Give a refund then, clowns.
