When exit time and transition duration are equal to 0 first animation is still playing
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open Test scene
3. Select AnimaControll in hierarchy and open Animator window
4. Play the scene
Actual: first animation Anima01 plays from the beginning to the end
Expected: When exit time is 0 and transition duration is 0, first animation shouldn't play
