When creating a DynamicMethod, an error occurs then opening 'About Unity' Window
How to reproduce:
1. Download attached project file
2. Select Window -> EditorWindowEx
3. Select Help -> About Unity
Expected result: There should be no errors
Actual result: "NotSupportedException: The invoked member is not supported in a dynamic module" error appears in console
Reproduced with: 5.6.3p2, 2017.1.1f1, 2017.2.0b9, 2017.3.0a6
Not reproduced with: 2017.2.0b10, 2017.3.0a7
Note: Not reproducible with .Net 4.6
