When calling UnityWebRequest.Post and passing a dictionary with data of over 32k chars as parameter, error occurs
The following is the error that occurs:
"UriFormatException: Uri is longer than the maximum {0} characters."
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user's project
2. Open scene "ReproScene"
3. Enter Playmode
Expected result: Method should work without any errors
Actual result: Error occurs
Reproducible with: 5.6.3p1, 2017.1.1f1, 2017.2.0b9, 2017.3.0a6
