When building to WebGL, the helper data gets written to a subdirectory of the project, not to the build folder
To reproduce this issue:
1. Create a new project
2. Build an empty scene on WebGL to a folder outside of the project folder
3. Notice after building that WebGL logo, fullscreen icon and etc. are missing and does not appear on the page
4. Data folder is not in the target build folder but in the project folder
