When a text input field has been closed, it cannot be reopened until some other action has been made
To reproduce:
1) Download and open the uGUI demo project for 4.6.0b12 (attached to this report as well)
2) Build run the widget scene for iOS
3) Tap the multiline text input field and write something in (or just close it)
4) Try to open it again and notice that the keyboard doesn't pop up
NOTE: The same issue happens when you do the same steps with the single line text input field
