Wheel collider rotates erratically if sibling collider is rotated
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user project "Wheel Error"
2. Play the scene "Default" and observe the wheel collider
The wheel collider rotates when its sibling in the hierarchy rotates (gif attached).
The collider on the parent doesn't affect the wheel.
Turning off the collider on the spinning sibling or setting it to trigger solves the problem.
