'Welcome' and 'project selection' windows are connected with white stripe when opened on different monitors
To reproduce:
1. Start 2 versions of Unity
2. Press 'Open' (on any version) and immediately click on any active program on 2nd monitor
3. Notice how welcome screen and project selection windows are connected with white stripe
Reproduced on: 5.3.7p3, 5.4.4f1, 5.5.0p4, 5.6.0b3
Tested on OSX 10.12.2
