[WebRTC] RenderStreaming sample project occasionally fails to load the feed when loading from browser
How to reproduce:
1. Download the RenderStreaming sample project(com.unity.template.renderstreaming-hd)
2. Download the appropriate web server executable(webserver.exe)
3. Launch webserver.exe
4. Launch the project and build it into a player or enter Play Mode
5. Attempt to access the RenderStream feed via the address shown in the webserver.exe window
Expected result: the Game View loads successfully
Actual result: the Game View is not loaded, refreshing the browser may fix this problem
Reproduced with: 2019.2.20f1(RenderStreaming 1.0.0-preview), 2019.4.2f1, 2020.2.0a19(RenderStreaming 2.0.2-preview)
Notes:
Somewhat inconsistent, try opening numerous browser tabs for connecting, eventually one should not load
If still unable to reproduce, try different browsers(Chrome, Firefox, Edge) to reproduce the issue. Reproduced at least once on Chrome and Edge
