[WebRTC] Crash on RtlUserThreadStart when entering Play Mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user's attached project
2. Open scene "SimpleRenderStreamingURP"
3. Enter and exit Play Mode repeatedly (might take around 10 tries)
-- observe crash
Reproducible with: 2019.4.9f1, 2020.1.3f1, 2020.2.0a21
Could not test with: 2018.426f1 (Unity Render Streaming package not available)
Reproducible with package versions: 2.0.0-preview, 2.0.2-preview
Could not test with package versions: 1.2.3-preview (errors)
