Webplayer windows installer needs to place updater some place else
follow-up from https://fogbugz.unity3d.com/default.asp?588236 after talking to Justinas.
-e: when installing the webplayer without /AllUsers the upgrade executable will spawn an extra confirmation dialog for the UnityWebPlayerUpdate.exe
-repro with IE10/11 Win7/8.1
-chrome, firefox are fine
-repro
--uninstall any unity plugin you have
--install latest 4.5 plugin
--open IE and go to http://unity3d.com/webplayer/setup/
--wait for it to load
--NOTICE you get a Yes/No-dialog prompted from Windows asking if you want to run UnityWebPlayerUpdate.exe
