WindowsVideoMedia error when Playing scene
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached Project "HPCL_Alpha_V1"
2. Open "Assets/Scenes_1/HomeScreen 72_ppi" Scene
3. Press Play
4. Select Level 1
Expected result: Level 1 is loaded
Actual result: WindowsVideoMedia error is thrown
Reproducible with: 2019.4.16f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.0f1, 2021.1.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2018.4 (Compiler errors)
Notes: With 2019.4 the game crashes instead
