[WebGL] WebGL broken with Oculus Browser because of glGetProcAddress
When a WebGL project build runs on Oculus Browser, it generates the error
Error: Internal Unity error: gles::GetProcAddress("glRenderbufferStorageMultisampleEXT") was called but gles::GetProcAddress() is not implemented on Unity WebGL
