[WebGL] [VideoPlayer] When a movie is played the second and subsequent times, the screen doesn't render
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project
2) Build and run on WebGL
3) Play the movie - notice it runs normally in each loop
4) Stop it and restart
When a movie is played the second and subsequent times, the screen is black (but the sound plays).
Reproduced in 2017.1.2p1, 2017.1.2p2, 2017.1.3f1, 2017.2.0p3, 2018.1.0b1
Not reproduced in 2017.1.2f1.
Browsers reproduced in - Firefox 57.0.2 (64-bit), Chrome Version 63.0.3239.108 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Found this thread when I ran into this with Unity 2017.4.29f1. In case anyone else needs this I thought I'd pass along what fixed it for us. During our post play reset we were calling Stop to set the frame count back to zero and in case there was any other internal cleanup that it might do before the next time we'd play the video. Since we knew the video was already finished playing instead I just set the frame count back to zero directly. So far I've been able to replay the videos just fine. I am getting a warning about texsubimage2d source must not be null but I haven't looked at the browser console in regards to this in quite a while so I'm not sure it's directly related.

Ah, I thought I got the latest version, but I got 2018.2. I downloaded specifical 2018.3 and it works, thank you!!!
