[WebGL]Terrain not visible in Player when Draw Instanced is enabled

How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached project “2022.2Test.zip“
2. Select “Terrain” GameObject
3. In the Inspector press “Terrain Settings” and enable “Draw Instanced”
4. Press Edit → Build And Run
5. Observe the Player

Expected result: the terrain is rendered
Actual result: the terrain is not rendered

Reproducible with: 2022.2.0b4, 2022.2.0b11, 2023.1.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.40f1, 2021.3.11f1, 2022.1.20f1, 2022.2.0b3

Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro

Notes:
- not reproducible in Play Mode
- only reproducible on the WebGL Platform

    I think this is important, no? In your engine, on one platform, a whole layer of the engine does not work normally, and you say that you do not intend to fix it? Are you seriously?
