WebGL Publisher package unavailable in Package Manager
Reproduction steps:
1. Open Unity Editor
2. In Package Manager window, search for "WebGL"
3. Observe results
Expected result: WebGL package is available
Actual result: WebGL package is unavailable
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0f1, 2020.1.1f1, 2020.2.0a20
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.26f1, 2019.4.7f1, 2020.1.0a1, 2020.1.0b15
Workaround:
Along with other invisible packages, you can still add it by editing your project manifest, or by typing in the package name under Add package from git URL in the Package Manager.
