WebGL Player does not play videos
Unable to play videos when I built the WebGL player.
To reproduce:
1. Download attached project
2. Open 'WebMovie' scene
3. Verify scene works in play mode
4. Build and run WebGL player
5. Observe Movie does not play, only get a black screen
This seems to happen regardless of whether or not the video was transcoded. The build works with Windows.
I can repro as far back as 2017.1.2, have not tried earlier due to time constraints
