[WebGL] Playback speed of looped sounds is faster than non-looped
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "scene"
3. Play the scene and pay attention to the playback speed
4. Now build and run for WebGL
5. Notice that playback speed is much higher compared to the editor
Additional steps:
6. In editor, select Main Camera and disable "Loop"
7. Listen to sound in editor
8. Build and run on WebGL and notice that sound plays the same
