[WebGL] Normal map handles light incorrectly if loaded from asset bundle
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "WebGLNormalMap.zip"
2. Open scene "Untitled"
3. In top menu, press "AssetBundles > Build WebGL Asset Bundles"
4. Run scene and notice that cube instantiated from bundle doesn't have normal map
5. In Lighting tab, make sure that "Reflection Intensity" is set to 1
6. Build and run project for WebGL
7. Copy asset bundles to "Release" folder of built project
8. In WebGL, notice that object is super reflective (https://i.gyazo.com/fc687b02b1af4a932e7d2613b36eaa4d.png)
