[WebGL] GUI.DrawTexture sprites distorted
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "case_813857-WebGL.zip"
2. Open "banner" scene.
3. Press play.
4. Select language if prompted.
5. Press play at bottom left.
6. Select level "1".
7. Notice how everything should be (On all platforms except WebGL)
8. Open included WebGL build from "case_813857-WebGL/WebGL".
9. Repeat 4-6 steps again.
10. Notice screen/text is cutoff.
