[WebGL] [Chrome] Audio not played on left channel
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project and scene
2) Play it in editor - notice it plays on both channels
3) Build and run for WebGL
4) Try with Chrome (tested with 56.0.2924.76)
Expected: Same as step 2
Actual: Left channel is not playing
Not reproduced with Firefox
Reproduced in 5.4.2p2, 5.5.1p2, 5.6.0b6
