[WebGL] CachedXMLHttpRequest.js prevents all web requests from functioning when indexDB throws an exception on indexedDB.open
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("case-1189663_CachedXMLHttpRequestBugReport.zip")
2. Make a WebGL build
3. Run it with Safari (on Mac)
4. Notice the "survey says:.." log in the console
5. Close it
6. Deploy the build on cross-domain iframe
7. Run it again and check the logs
Expected results: "survey says:.." log can be seen in the console
Actual results: The log is missing
Reproducible with: 2017.4.33f1, 2018.4.11f1, 2019.2.10f1, 2019.3.0b7, 2020.1.0a9

Seems like a number of folks (myself included) are running into this. Is there any chance it can be backported to 2019 LTS? (I'm encountering it in 2019.4.1f1). Thanks!
