WebGL Build fails with error: use of undeclared identifier '____encoderClsID_marshaled_dereferenced'
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build to WebGL
- Note the build fails with the compiler failing to generate LLVM bitcode
- Reproduced in Version 5.4.0b7 (83df6fa5e23f)
- Not reproducible in Version 5.3.2p4 (f3eb2e65f8a2)
