WebGL AudioListener.volume has no effect
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "WebGLAudioListener" and open the scene "AudioTest"
2. Hit play in the editor, notice that no music plays, because AudioListener.volume is set to 0 on Start
3. Build the game for WebGL
4. Play the WebGL version, notice that the music plays
