[WebGL] Audio sounds different depending on format

-repro:
--open attached project
--add the wav files as clipc
--run in editor
--press r,t,y for the sounds
--notice they all sound the same
--build and run for webgl (disable stripping)
--press the buttons
--NOTICE they sound slightly different
