WebGL: Activator.CreateInstance() crash on WebGL
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open TestScene
3. Press play
4. Notice that "OK" is printed out in console
5. Build and Run project for WebGl
6. Notice that WebGL Build crashes
