WebCamTexture fails to open webcams with the same name
When there are more than two webcams connected to a Mac OS X system, and these webcams have the same device name, WebCamTexture fails to start playing on the second webcam.
Note: It doesn't reproduce on Mac OS 10.11 (El Capitan).

Not Resolved, Actually severe bug with 5.5.2f1 using two Logitech web cams, Unity hangs so bad that even killing the editor via task manager fails on Windows 10.
