[WebCamTexture] Calling WebCamTexture.videoVerticallyMirrored before the WebCam texture is fully initialized results in a crash
To Reproduce:
1. Run the attached project in editor, it works fine.
2. Deploy to device, it immediately crashes in WebCamTexture.videoVerticallyMirrored after start.
No crash if it's called some time after this.webcamTexture.Play ()
